moneh!!!

My new boots~~ The +Predator Absolute! Nah, not these. These are the unreleased versions for women. Lucky girls ;<

Again, joking. Although if I had the money, these sweet White and Gold ones would be on their way to my doorstep. Instead, its these =)

Anyway, I am still waiting for my own Digicam so I can take MORE pics of these silver beauties! Of course, they've been used for a few times, but I clean them for around 15 mins after, and I almost slept with them once. I woke up and realised they were on my bed =X So anyone with spare cash and willing to part with them, sms me =)

So. I'm playing Simple Plan's Welcome to My Life on my guitar. I was surprised that I could play this, considering I had gotten my capo 3 months ago and realised that if I used it, I could play it =X Anyway, I just realised I can play other songs as well. But I still need more practise~~~

Harry Potter...

Yesterday, I watched Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, and it was great! I might actually go and watch it again if I have the time. They did cut out all the subplots, so it was quite fast paced. 15 mins in and you're already like 6 chapters into the actual book.

Of course, Channel 5 was able to use this hype to generate profits for themselves, again, but airing Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, which would be nice, only when everyone hasn't already watch it 1873248 times. But, it was fun to see their high pitched voices again.

All those who haven't watched the new movie, you better go fast! Oh well, your loss anyway.

sad times...

So, I've just found out something bad, and I finally got addicted to podcasts. What first? Fine, bad news it is.

I just found out that my cousin has cancer. He just found out about it too, so I'm not sure how he feels. The cancer is apparantly curable, but there is a possibility of it being terminal. He doesn't know yet, and only me and my parents know... until now. *surprise*

Gah, I do have a lot of cousins, so you can't guess who it is =P

Oh! I'm hooked on MuggleCast and PotterCast, and recently they had the big LIVE podcast from NYC, right after the US premier of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. Ok, it was actually Peyton from One Tree Hill that made me go listen to podcasts, but still, MuggleCast > *

Well, can't wait to go sleep in the cinema while watching GoF cos with all the clips out, I practically watched the whole movie already -.-

And of course, my holiday still sucks, even though I'm 6x and used 3 raids and 1 trans and like 2xx pots to beat the Skillmaster and rank up. Go retarded Wolf!

Spondylolysis and Spondylolisthesis

Well, nice title eh? You might be wondering what it means. Well, a simple Google will help you alot, and it is the name of the condition I'm currently suffering from.

The most common X-ray identified cause of low back pain in adolescent athletes is a stress fracture in one of the bones (vertebrae) that make up the spinal column. Technically, this condition is called spondylolysis (spon-dee-low-lye-sis). It usually affects the fifth lumbar vertebra in the lower back, and much less commonly, the fourth lumbar vertebra. For me, its the fourth lumbar vertebra (L4).

If the stress fracture weakens the bone so much that it is unable to maintain its proper position, the vertebra can start to shift out of place. This condition is called spondylolisthesis (spon-dee-low-lis-thee-sis). If too much slippage occurs, the bones may begin to press on nerves and surgery may be necessary to correct the condition.

So, I just got a letter that exempts my from any physical activities till June next year, which means no NAPFA =) The doctor also said that I can be able to play football, but of course my condition might get worse. I'm due for another x-ray in February to see how the crack is doing, and further precautions will be taken from then.
